Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of business, and to use such information only for the intended purpose of fulfilling obligations under the Services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curiosity Automation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use or inability to use the Services. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the Services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Services at any time, with or without cause, subject to applicable contracts. You may discontinue use of Services at any time. Certain obligations, such as confidentiality and payment, survive termination.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Curiosity Automation, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of Services or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
